Albino sisters born 12 years apart become modeling sensations

They may have been born more than a decade apart, but these siblings still have one remarkable thing in common.

Albinism is an uncommon genetic condition that results in little to no color in the skin, eyes, and hair, which makes people with albinism look quite different.

It’s super uncommon to have an albino child, so it’s really amazing that a couple from Kazakhstan had two albino kids, and they were born 12 years apart!

Check out Asel and Kamila, the super special siblings who have become popular models!

Asel, who is 14 years old, is the big sister. Her mom, Aiman Sarkitova, was really surprised when she found out Asel was born with albinism.

She shared with the Daily Mail, “When I had my first child, we didn’t know much about genetics. It’s only getting better now. The doctors were really surprised.”

They were totally shocked when, 12 years later, Kamila came into the world with the same condition.

It’s an incredible, striking sight to see these two siblings together—so the two teamed up and became a modeling duo.

Asel started modeling when she was just 10 years old, and now with her little sister who is 2 years old joining her, she’s getting even more popular. Together, they have more than 33,000 followers on Instagram!

Even though their albinism has brought them a lot of success, it can be tough sometimes. This condition can also come with health issues, such as being extra sensitive to sunlight.

Asel said, “Whenever I go outside in the afternoon, I always make sure to put on sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and either wear a hat or carry an umbrella.”

“In the evening, when there is almost no sun, it’s much easier for me.”

But through whatever ups and downs life throws at them, they’ll always have each other.

Being albino is really uncommon, which can make some people feel isolated. However, these two sisters are fortunate because they will always have each other in their family.

I really hope that if they succeed as models, it will help people understand albinism better and highlight the unique beauty of albino individuals.

“Many people do not know what albinos are,” Asel said.

We think these sisters are stunning! Share this remarkable story and beautiful photos!
